catchup in an airport.

I'm on my way to Florida!! i'm sitting in the Albuquerque airport (i have determined i cannot for the life of me spell Albuquerque, btw) i'm watchin New Girl on Hulu and thought i'd update you all a bit. :-)

Valentines day actually turned out to be pretty good. hearing Happy Valentines Day Ms Sara! from all my students totally made my day. then i got to learn the guitar for an hour and get paid for it! haha. did a bunch of research for DBH work. i ate a quick dinner, i got to FaceTime my girls! Lynn, Grace and Mari. it was so fun to see all of them and hear about their awesome Valentines day. i went to Institute. i'm glad i did. we started with 3 students and ended with 9. but then Kyle invited me to a movie with him and some friends. it was really fun! i had a really great time. then i stayed up till 1 talking with Liz. that was fun, as always. and really got me thinking about some stuff.

wednesday felt surreal. it was my last day of work for the week. and it made me so happy! it was an 11 our day. i got to work at 8:30 and then between the two jobs i was there till 7:30. i came home and got to work. i had to clean my room, bathroom, do laundry, and pack! but i got it all done. and fell asleep around 2.

5:20 came WAY too early. rarely do i wake up and not know where i am or why i need to be awake. but today was that day. i guess 3 hours of sleep does that to a person. i woke up and had no idea where i was! and i've lived here for 5 months now! and as excited as i've been for Florida, i woke up and couldn't figure out why?! i had to get up, go to the bathroom, and get dressed before i figured it out. how terrible is that!? i will sleep sound tonight!

my first flight was great! i had an empty seat next to me. the whole back of the plane had empty middle seats. it was pretty rad! i read the 5 love languages the whole time. learned lots of stuff. and i'll continue it on my next flight. :-)

i'm jamming out to songs and trying not to have a dance party by myself in the middle of the airport. i just saw a college mens basketball team. ;-) haha this airport is incredibly small. only 2 terminals. and i can't figure out why it's called a SUNport instead of an AIRport. i mean, we dont travel by sun to get here and leave here right? yeah, i thought so. idiots. and i'm getting really sick of these perv guys near me looking through the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. i just need to move. food! perfect reason to leave. i need to find an outlet for my phone. i dislike having a half dead phone. :-(

this song is cracking me up! reminds me of childhood. i listened to it in my car for the first time without knowing what it was called and i was like 'DUDE these are TV SHOWS!!' blew my mind. i loved the way they made it all work.

alright. i'm gonna go for a lil bit. you guys have a great thursday. i know i will! by the time my head hits the pillow tonight, i'll be with my mom, my sister, AND my sister in law. and i'll be having dreams of Harry Potter and all the fun we're gonna have tomorrow!.

Sometimes it isn't difficult for me to see just how odd I am. My reading material for this trip is a psychology book, and a photography magazine. And I'm incredibly excited about that. Yep, I'm an odd one.
