i just did my federal taxes on turbotax. and thank goodness, since i had FOUR W-2s this year! but unfortunately i wont be able to use turbo tax for my state taxes, because they want $30 a state. and i have to file for 3 states. there's no way i'm paying $90 for my state taxes, when i think i have to PAY some money anways. ridiculous!
on a side note. all i cared about for the superbowl was that the Pats lost. and the pats lost! it was amazing! i went to a superbowl party at aarons house. it was way fun. lots of fun people. and my headache didn't come on until i was home again! wonderful. oh the blessings i can find in life.
on another side note: as i signed in to turbo tax they asked me for a security question. and i hate the questions like 'what was your elementary school?' 'what street did you grow up on?' 'what was the name of your first pet?' etc. because guess what?! i MOVED. i had 2 elementary schools. i 'grew up on' 5 different streets. i dont even know what our first pet was. they just aren't fair questions! i have to stick with questions like 'what is your mothers maiden name?' or 'what is your fathers middle name?' because i know for a fact that there is only one possible answer to each of those questions. i love looking back and seeing everything i gained from moving. but that is one of the negatives.
alas. i need to go find all the forms i need to file my 3 state taxes. so, wish me luck. good night!
