So i woke up sorta late, 9:21. and texted sammi about bumping up our craft day, so i wouldn't have to drive to provo and back in snow. then i got talking to Liz. she is so awesome! i love talking to her. and then we talked with Carol and Sid too. i needed to go get ready to leave, but i was having too much fun talking! finally i got on the road. it's raining. blurg. i drive to Provo in rain and wind. there were definitely a few white knuckle moments. i end up driving all over Orem. we went to DI in Provo.
then we started CRAFTING!
i taught them how to make our freezer paper shirts. sammi spray painted our picture frames to antique. we watched the Help. we painted our toe nails. (i just realized how much of a flash back THAT is. sitting around my upstairs bedroom painting our toes. sam was the only one that stuck with the tradition of black. but that's okay.)
we went to Pizza Pie Cafe (better known as Craigos!) for dinner with Janet (a girl from our home stake). we OWNED that place. all you can eat pasta. pizza. and salad. it was AWESOME! especially since it only cost us $5 each! w00t! i had also been craving Craigos for a very long time and had voiced my cravings to sam and jodes. luckily, we got to appease my cravings. yay!
we also go to hang out with Jeff for awhile. that was fun, of course! he even crafted with us!!
it snowed all evening. Jeff was excited, he hadn't seen snowfall in 3 years. but i on the other hand, not so much. the drive home was tense for awhile. but it cleared up and got much better. i even got to enjoy some amazing music. thanks to the pandora radio app played on speaker phone.
i watched the Glee: The Concert movie tonight. while i cleaned my room. i LOVED it!
now it's sleepy time. sweet dreams world. i hope you're going to sleep as happy as i am.
