okay. i realize that the post i posted last night may seem pretty rude/prideful/obnoxious. i apologize. i was just trying to express my thoughts but it didn't really work i don't think.
anyways: i love my life! i had a great weekend. and it's not over yet! today has been amazing. i woke up early. showered. decided whether or not i like my hair. actually no, i haven't decided yet. it'll take time. then i got all ready for the day. and... it was 10 am. church is at 1. lol. i talked to liz and carol for awhile. i played the piano. i made sure i had all the pictures ready to upload at church.
church was great! i was kinda distracted in Sacrament meeting but the high council speaker gave a GREAT talk. we should be swimming in the gospel. not wading through the shallow end, not sittin on the edge with our feet in. it was a great analogy. there's more to it. but i loved it.
i skipped sunday school and relief society working on my callings. doing pictures and talking about dinner groups. i spent all of relief society talking to to 2nd counselor in our bishopric while i uploaded pictures to the directory.
then it was linger longer time! i took some pics. i ate some food. i talked to some friends. it was fun.
then dinner time at home. alyssa and eric came for dinner. they were both spouse-less. we played mormon bridge.
then back out into the rain... fireside time! Elder Kikuchi spoke at a four ward fireside. it was amazing!! He spoke about Christ and the Atonement. it was so great.
i got to talk to mom on my drive home. i love her! i can't wait to see her this week!!!
and now sid and i are watchin the Jazz game. lets go jazz!
goodnight world!

You did NOT sound prideful in the previous post. I love the analogy of swimming in the gospel. I've felt that way as well. Just dive in and keep swimming. So glad you get to spend time with Sammi and Jodi. Looks like you had a great time.
