Remember that one time...

so i keep thinking that. "remember that one time..." but i have no thought i'm remembering.

except now i do. back when tiffy and i were attached at the hip, we would say that randomly, followed by some awesome memory we had. DANG this was a year ago! feels like yesterday. sorry back to the story. there was one day when we got to saying that. and every single thing we said to each other started with "remember that one time..." it was freaking HILARIOUS! oh happy memories.

today was a work filled day! i stayed up way too late last night, playing with my iphone. do you blame me? i don't. worked early today. i love fridays at work. it's a better order of the kids. i met my new 3rd graders. SO CUTE. and everyone seems to pay attention better. THEN. i went and splurged on nail polish. i got paid today. barely. but i did. and this was my single buy for the next 10 days. haha "For Audrey" nail polish by China Glaze. one of the most expensive polishes. but i'm pretty sure it will be one of my faves. yeah that's right. a nail polish that matches Tiffany & Co. it's pretty awesome. it's the closest i'll ever get to owning a tiffany and co anything. haha

i went and worked at DBH again tonight. Take 5 respite group. fun. but exhausting!! and you think teenage girls have drama? well this group sure did too!! stinkin kids. love 'em but hate 'em.

i got to play with ellie tonight! i learned how to make her cake balls! liz will be so excited. they look delish. and we got to talk. and yep, we WERE destined to be friends. we have so much in common. she is awesome. tomorrow night: green lantern!! mcw00t for hott ryan reynolds! ellie and i watched The Interpreter. such an intense drama. but it seems to be a favorite of everybody who opens my movie case. not sure why.

you know what i highly dislike? the fact that it is SNOWING!! as i left for ellies i told liz 'sorry liz, it's raining!' i really didnt' want it to ruin her date tonight. it sounded like it would be so fun!! then i go to ellies. still raining. 4 hours later: doubleyou tee eff?! snow!? not cool. at all.

goal for tomorrow: buy a snow scraper. for the car i don't currently have. haha

you know what i miss? staying up late, waiting for roommates to come home from a date. or coming home from a date to an apartment full of roommates. and talking about it all. i love that girl talk. analyzing. gushing. laughing. i miss my roommates. a lot.

now i'm doing a dangerous thing: wedding pintresting. i've always prided myself on NOT being one of those girls that secretly or not so secretly has her wedding all planned out. and i PROMISE i'm not planning my wedding. just looking at all the cute things that other people do, and think 'oh, i'll pin this, in case it turns out i could use it in my wedding' that's not TOO bad right? i'm not wedding obsessed. i need to actually talk to guys again before i can even start dating. haha

you know what i just decided?! tomorrow. i want to spend my day on the couch in the comfiest sweats you have ever seen. and a sweatshirt and blanket. with college football on tv. and a hot cocoa constantly in my hand. sounds great? yeah, i think so too. maybe i'll attempt to make some comfort food.

skiier stew anyone?! wish i had the ingredients. Hawaiian Haystacks is definitely an option with all my left over rice.

oh oh. before i wrap up this never ending blog: i want to send a shout out to my little brother (who will never read this). congrats on being promoted! he started like a month and a half ago. and has already moved up the chain from bagging to bagging AND checking. and NOW he's moved up the chain to PRODUCE and checking! yay more hours for tony!

kk. g'night world. sweet dreams all.

Haha wedding pinteresting. That's funny because when I deliberately don't have wedding inspiration boards that I follow because wedding stuff is SO easy to get sucked into, and I don't really have anyone to pawn ideas off on. Josh was thoroughly sick of wedding planning by the time I actually got engaged, so I somehow don't think he'd be cool if I started planning another wedding/renewal or something ridiculous.

Have fun with it - I think you've got a good head on yourself about the whole marriage thing (which I very much admire in you, especially considering your location) so I think you'll be OK.
